Convenient: Easy To Use
Your Evergreen pellet boiler will give you total peace of mind through;
- Full and complete boiler installation
- Automatic pellet feed system
- Thermostat control
Your Evergreen Pellet boiler installation will be complete with automatic pellet feed system.
Following installation of the system and prior to putting your system into full use then you will require your first delivery of pellets just as you would with Oil or LPG. Once received our engineers can complete the final commissioning of your new system.
You will then receive brief instructions on how to operate the system ‘and it only needs to be brief because the system is simple to operate’.
Regulation at the push of a button!
Once activated your system is controlled via a standard room thermostat like any other modern system. The Biotech boiler does the rest of the work, it monitors heat demand, external temperatures and then gives you the heat you need and no more – an extremely efficient system.
The Biotech boiler features a ‘Daily Pellet Storage Tank’ which is automatically filled from your main pellet store – you don’t need to do anything, the systems controls will monitor the pellet consumption and ensure that the boiler has a constant pellet supply.
System Overview
Pellet Boiler Heating Principle
The suction turbine (4) creates a vacuum to bring the pellets from the main storage area into the daily tank (1). The feed auger (6) transports the pellets into the combustion chamber (8). The automatic ignition (9) device starts the combustion process. Our DCC (Dual Combustion Control) system controls the combustion process by means of the lambda probe (7) and the combustion air sensor (10). The lambda probe synchronises the feed auger and the oxygen flow to achieve our high efficiency. This guarantees optimum efficiency at the various power output levels. The heat exchanger (11) transfers the combustion heat to the water within the boiler. The cleaning of the combustion system and the heat exchanger is automatic.
