Wood pellet boilers
Wood Pellet heating systems -whilst new to the UK- are well established in many countries and already used for modern, efficient and environmentally friendly heating systems throughout Europe.
Evergreen boilers are 96.3% efficient, with all the features expected from a modern boiler. And for domestic houses as little as one delivery of fuel a year may be required.
The wood pellets are stored in ‘hoppers’ which come in a range of sizes. For indoor, outdoor, above and below ground storage. The pellets are automatically transferred from the hopper and can be delivered directly from a tanker hose up to 30m away – allowing convenient siting of the store.
Evergreen boilers are suitable for a wide variety of houses and individual heating needs:
